- 1 bedroom Cottages consist of full size fridge, stove/oven, kitchen supplies: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, 1 private room with a double bed, stand up shower or 1/2 tub with shower, sink, and toilet in the bathroom, living room area with cable t.v. and dining table and chairs.
- 2 bedroom cottages consist of all above amenities plus a microwave for the kitchen, a full 3 piece bathroom and two private rooms with double beds,and a larger living area. (Two cottages also provide a pull out sofa bed)
- You are required to bring your own sets of double bed sheets towels and toiletries, and kitchen supplies (dish cloths, soap & garbage bags) as they are housekeeping cottages.
- BBQ rentals $50 for the week or $10 per day (+GST)
- Arrival time is 3 pm * Check Out time is 10 am
- Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled date, and have not notified us that this would be the case, we will hold the unit in your name for an additional 24 hour period.

Check in Details & Cancellation Policy
- We do Not refund deposits.
- Reservations changed or cancelled inside the Bel Air will incur an additional charge of 1 night stay for the room or cottage plus tax.
- Upon arrival and check in to the Bel Air you are responsible for the entire length of stay.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any night reserved but not consumed.
- Payments upon arrival are cash or certified cheque.
- If you have forgotten any items please come to the Office and customer service will help you. ($ fee may be applicable)
- Television remote controls and room keys are subject to a $20 deposit upon arrival- your deposit will be reimbursed upon check out as long as they are accounted for.
- We are not connected to Municipal Water and Sewer services in Sauble Beach, therefore each unit is given a max occupancy number(children included), if you over load the unit you will experience backing up and also the costs- approximately $150.
- Care must be taken with the disposal of cooking grease, oil, maxi pads and tampons or any other foreign objects flushed down the toilets or sinks as they will cause a blockage.
